My changes aren’t syncing

Follow these steps if you’re seeing a sync error or your changes aren’t saving.

Dualo will save changes to your work automatically – if we’re able to. If something went wrong, you will see an error message like the one below. This message indicates that Dualo had issues syncing your changes with our servers.

💡 Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your connection? If you are appearing offline in Dualo but your internet is properly connected, this trick should put you back online in Dualo in no time.

Check your internet connection

If you’re working offline, we won’t be able to save your changes. As soon as you’re online again, this error should disappear. Please check your internet connection, or connect to a faster connection if possible.

Contact the support team

If none of these steps were helpful, please reach out to the support team by emailing support@dualo.io. Please include the following information:

  • A short description and screengrab of the error (if applicable)
  • The steps you were taking just before you noticed the error
  • The approximate time when the error first appeared
  • If applicable, the URL of the content you were working on
  • The operating system or browser you’re using
